Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order starting from €4.95. Delivery: Delivery times depend on Bpost services (generally 3 to 7 working days for Belgium, 5 to 10 days for international). Jewelry is shipped in tracked parcels with appropriate protection. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition. Exceptions: Customized or made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or refunded (in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Warranty: All our jewelry benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of damaged or defective jewelry, contact us via the site's contact page or by email at yollabyeglantine@gmail.com with photos of the issue. Refund: Within 14 days after receiving the return, using the same payment method used when ordering.

Wait for our confirmation with the return address 3. Return the jewelry in its original packaging, unworn 4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility ⚠️ Customized, made-to-order, or worn jewelry showing signs of wear will not be accepted. In case of our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect), return shipping costs are our responsibility.

YOLLA makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the site. However, errors or omissions may occur. YOLLA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site.
